Principal |
James Stutz joined EWHV as a Principal in November 2009 from CoMentis, where he was a Senior Director and held various positions in business development, finance, and alliance management. During his tenure at CoMentis, James was a member of the deal team responsible for CoMentis’ $760 million beta secretase inhibitor partnership with Astellas Pharma. Prior to joining CoMentis, James held the position of Director, Corporate Development at InterMune, Inc., where he worked in Business Development and led InterMune’s strategic planning efforts. James also worked as a senior consultant at Strategic Decisions Group (now a business unit of IMS Health) where he worked on a number of portfolio planning, valuation and product planning consulting engagements for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the U.S. and Japan. He was also a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force.
James received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his BA degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. |
